Ingredients

Only local, organic and seasonal ingredients are used. Poultry and eggs are from pasture raised, organically fed chickens. Beef and lamb is from pasture raised grass fed cows and sheep. Pork is sustainably raised locally. Dairy is organic and grass-fed. Vegetables are organic. I use olive oil, avocado oil, and grass-fed organic butter (limitedly).

Custom

Alternatively, I also offer custom meal prep and dinner party deliveries. After discussing the size of your household and family’s specific preferences and needs, I will design a custom menu delivered to you weekly or biweekly, as needed. For dinner parties, we’ll create a seasonal family style menu tailored to your specific event and you and your guests’ preferences. Email me for details!

Dietary Restrictions

I list dietary information next to each menu item. Occasionally, a dish will have an additional dietary option. This will be listed along with the other dietary information (e.g. “DF optional”). Aside from these explicitly listed instances, I will not customize dishes. I do offer custom meals but that is a separate service. Because of this it is EXTREMELY important that any and all dietary RESTRICTIONS, not food preferences, be listed when placing any order. Not every ingredient is listed so let’s always aim to err on the side of caution!

  • GF= Gluten Free
