Having cooked professionally for over 20 years, I like to write a recipe. I have experience in recipe development, testing, and editing. From baked goods to sauces, healthy and fun kids’ food, to elegant recipes for the home cook, or even standardized restaurant dishes, I’m well versed in creating easy to follow and workable recipes. Recent Projects

In 2022 I had the great fortune and joy to work with Jenny Mollen to develop and test many of the fantastic and fun recipes in her cookbook aimed towards children.
