Mikayla Summers is a chef living and working in New York’s Hudson Valley. After attending Culinary School at the Culinary Institute of America, Mikayla cut her teeth working in New York City restaurants under such esteemed chefs as Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Dan Kluger, and Dan Barber. Upon leaving the restaurant world, she worked as a private chef and caterer for 7 years in the NYC area, and has developed and edited recipes for several publications and clients.
